But fruits and vegetables are good because they provide vitamins and minerals essential to our bodies.

Next, we looked at exercise. Exercise improves the strength and energy of our bodies. Exercise makes us happy. There are many exercises you can do. You can do many things like running, swimming, dancing and lifting weights. Yoga is another way to improve your strength. Yoga is a great workout because it increases flexibility and improves breathing. You should not eat too many junk foods and drink lots water if you are looking to lose weight.

Last but not least, we discussed sleep. Sleep is one of the most important things that we do every day. We become tired and stressed if we don't get enough rest. This can lead to headaches, back pain and other health problems, such as depression, heart disease, diabetes, heart disease, and obesity.
