The main goal of this project was to make some suggestions on how to keep your body healthy. To maintain good health, the first step is to learn what you can do. In order to achieve this we had to find out what exactly is good for our bodies. We then looked at different ways in which people try to improve their health and we found out that there were many things that could help us. Finally, we came to some suggestions that would allow us to stay happier and healthier.

We started by looking at different kinds of food. We discovered that some foods are not good for us and others are better. We now know that sugar can be dangerous because it can cause weight gain. But fruits and vegetables are good because they provide vitamins and minerals essential to our bodies.

Next, exercise was discussed. Exercise can help our bodies become stronger and give them more energy. It makes us feel happy. There are many activities that you can do. Running, swimming, dancing, lifting weights, and playing sports are some examples. Yoga is another way we can increase our strength. Yoga is a great way to improve flexibility and your breathing. We should avoid junk food and drink lots of water if we are trying to lose weight.

Finally, we talked about sleep. Sleep is one of the most important things that we do every day. We become tired and stressed if we don't get enough rest.
