On the other hand, fruits and vegetables are good for us because they contain vitamins and minerals that are essential for our bodies.

Next we considered exercise. Exercise helps our bodies get stronger and gives them energy. It makes us feel happy. There are lots of exercises that we can do. Walking, running, swimming and dancing are just a few of the many options. Yoga is another option to increase strength. Yoga can be a great exercise as it increases flexibility, improves breathing and is an excellent way to increase strength. If we want to lose weight, we should avoid eating too much junk food and drink plenty of water.

Last but not least, we discussed sleep. Sleep is one of the most important things that we do every day. Lack of sleep can lead to fatigue and stress.
